Lindsay Lohan Engaged

Lindsay Lohan Engaged

An insider revealed to the New York Post newspaper: "Harry is ready to take the relationship to another level."

The lavish purchase came just days before restaurant heir Harry whisked 20-year-old Lindsay off on a romantic getaway, where he is expected to pop the question.

Harry has helped the 'Mean Girls' actress tone down her wild behaviour because he felt it was damaging her career.

A source said: "Harry has told her not to drink so much and is trying to calm her down."

Lindsay was due to attend the MTV Video Music Awards, in
New York, yesterday (31.08.06).

However, she chose to stay at home in
Los Angeles instead.
A source close to Morton said that he has made a trip to Cartier in
Beverly Hills and dropped a pretty penny on a beautiful engagement ring for the Mean Girls star. The source said of Morton, "He is ready to take their relationship to the next level." Morton has reportedly taken Lohan off on a romantic getaway where he is allegedly going to pop the big question. Guess the real question is…what took him so long? A month in Hollywood time is equivalent of what…seven years?

It has been suggested that Morton has tamed the wild child since they began dating. Said a source, "Harry has told her not to drink so much and is trying to calm her down." Just last month Lohan was chastised by studio executive and CEO James G. Robinson of Morgan Creek Productions, the company backing her new movie Georgia Rule. Robinson sent Lohan, and others including her mother and agent, a scathing letter slamming her behavior on the set of the movie. Robinson’s blamed Lohan’s tardiness and absences on her "excessive partying." Try harder, Harry!

Not only has Robinson slammed Lohan, but her Bobby co-star William H. Macy has also spoken out about her onset behavior calling. Macy called Lohan "a huge talent," but said she was "pretty late" to the set. He went on to say that being late to the set is very "disrespectful." Lohan’s Mom came to her defense after Robinson reprimanded her. Said Dina Lohan, "My daughter is a wonderful child. This is too much." She also called Robinson’s letter "ridiculous" and "way out of line." Wonder what she thought of Macy’s rant.
